PROJECT NAVIGATION (PRONAV) was established in 1993 as an independent international ship brokerage and project transportation company. We offer dedicated shipbroking in the heavy lift and project break bulk sector , incorporating shipping by lifting , rolling, semi-submersible methods, barge and coastal vessels and when called upon land transport services.
We have a unique mix of shipping partners who support our activity in the following key markets :-
- The oil and gas industry , both on and offshore
- The power generation market, including renewable wind and nuclear energy
- Port infrastructure and material handling plant and machinery

In 2009 BIGLIFT SHIPPING appointed PRONAV as their U.K agent. The Biglift fleet is well recognised as a market leading Carrier , with all ships being geared ; with a maximum lifting capability of 1400 tonne. In 2012 the fleets capability will be raised to 1800 tonne with the new S class, Happy Sky and Star. With contact to the Spliethoff Group, we have access to a fleet of over 70 ships ..

Our other key partner is Coli Shipping & Transport and their principal Carrier Consolidated Pool Carriers. CPC offer a monthly heavylift/break service between Europe and SE-Asia & Japan. Complimenting CPC , Asia Break Bulk Pte Ltd (Singapore) provides an additional monthly sailing with frequent calls to North Africa, the Middle East and India.
Closer to the U.K and European shores we work with the owners GT Gillie & Blair & their fleet of coasters and more recently in the wind and energy sectors the Finish Carrier Meriaura and their specialist multipurpose deck module Carrier "Aura" and forthcoming "Aura 2 ".
